Detailed Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Moshi / Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park
Depart in the morning from Moshi, with pick-up available in Arusha en route. Arrive at Lake Manyara National Park for a full game drive. Spot flamingos along the lake shore, elephants in the forest, baboons, giraffes, hippos, and the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. Picnic lunch inside the park.
Overnight & dinner: Accommodation of your choice.
Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. Explore landscapes dotted with towering baobab trees and enjoy sightings of elephants, lions, leopards, zebras, giraffes, and a wide variety of bird species.
Overnight & dinner: Accommodation in Mto wa Mbu (your selected category).
Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Depart after breakfast towards the Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a picnic lunch en route. Enter Serengeti via Naabi Hill Gate and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the central Seronera area, renowned for year-round wildlife.
Overnight & dinner: Accommodation of your choice in Serengeti.
Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Enjoy an early morning game drive in Serengeti, one of the best times to spot predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs. After breakfast, continue game viewing before driving to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic lunch.
Overnight & dinner: Accommodation of your choice

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Moshi / Arusha
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This natural “Garden of Eden” offers incredible wildlife encounters at close range, including rhinos, lions, hippos, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and aquatic birds. After lunch, drive back to Moshi or Arusha, marking the end of your safari.
